The training “HACCP for experts” includes two online courses (each 3.5 hours, total 7 hours). This gives you the opportunity to deepen the topic between the appointments and work on your own HACCP analysis. Content and topics of the HACCP seminar for advanced users:

  1. HACCP legislation, norms and standards: you get one updates about the existing HACCP legislation. We will show you whether there are any changes or developments in current norms and standards (especially IFS) in relation to HACCP.
  2. Theoretical basics HACCP: We repeat – briefly and concisely – the theoretical foundations from HACCP. For example, we deal with the terms risk and danger and the required content of an HACCP analysis. Already in this part we will show you concrete problems, which we in the Practice encounter We will discuss these together and show you how to do it better.
