To se razlikuje od klasi\u010dne sigurnosti hrane prema... <a href=\"#haccp\">HACCP<\/a> Stoga se ne radi o nenamjernim opasnostima, ve\u0107 o namjernim radnjama iznutra ili izvana. Obrana hrane tako\u0111er se mora razlikovati od... <a href=\"#food-fraud\">Prijevara s hranom<\/a>, gdje su ekonomski motivi najva\u017eniji.<\/p>\n<p>Temelj je analiza prijetnji (\u010desto nazivana TACCP \u2013 Procjena prijetnji - Kriti\u010dne kontrolne to\u010dke). Na temelju toga definiraju se za\u0161titne mjere, kao \u0161to su kontrole pristupa, upravljanje posjetiteljima, brtvljenje spremnika i transportnih sredstava, za\u0161tita osjetljivih podru\u010dja, osposobljavanje zaposlenika za podizanje svijesti i mjere koje treba poduzeti u slu\u010daju sumnjivih opa\u017eanja.
