Welcome to the first online training from Metzgerei Simperl AG!
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased that you can take the first online training courses on food safety and allergens today. Doing the training online has many advantages for you, for example:
- Execute when it suits you. (Of course based on working hours (1.5 hours) - regardless of whether you carry out the training at work or from home.)
- Translations into several languages possible.
Important: Complete the training conscientiously. Many of our customers are part of the so-called risk groups! In addition, food safety in general is a particularly important issue because, among other things, it protects our jobs.
Please complete the training courses by February 29, 2024 at the latest.
If any questions remain or arise, please contact me.
You will receive a certificate for every training course. Remember to save it and forward it to me (kathrin@simperl.ch).
Please make sure to complete both training courses. To do this, click in the top right after you have finished a training course “User Account”. This will take you back to the homepage and you can start the next training course.

Click on the “Register” field. Press Login there and log in with your username and password. Your training is listed under “Your Courses”. Click on the name and start the training.
