Welcome to the first online training course from Mundorf petrol stations!
Dear colleague,
I am pleased that you can now do the training on hygiene, infection protection and allergens online. The online training offers you many advantages:
- Safety in food inspection through current training certificates.
- Carry out when it suits you – at work or at home.
- Translations into several languages possible.
It is important that you complete the training courses conscientiously. Many of our customers are part of the so-called risk groups! Food safety in general is a particularly important issue. Follow the guidelines – so that you and your customers stay healthy.
In total, you will complete three training courses and receive three certificates: Allergens, food hygiene, follow-up instructions IfSG (Infection Protection Act).
Please complete the training by the end of May.

You will receive a certificate for each training session. Remember to save it and keep a printed copy at your petrol station! The food inspection authority must have access to it.

Click on the "Register" field. On the page that opens, press "Login" and log in with your username and password. You can find all training courses under "Your courses". To start, click on the name of the training course displayed. By clicking on “User Account” you will return to the course overview. You can start the next course there.
Remember to take every course.
