E-learning food hygiene training
Welcome to the E-Learning: Food Hygiene Training
In this E-learning course, you will learn what to look out for when handling food in order to comply with the law and to handle food hygienically.
The basis for this training are the following laws:
- Refresher of the content from § 4 Food Hygiene Ordinance (LMHV)
- Regulation (EC) 852/2004 – Annex II, Chapter XII
We cover the following topics:
- Why do I need food hygiene training?
- What is food hygiene?
- What do I have to do to comply with the law?
- Good to know
