Training according to LMHV § 4

This legally required training course conveys the contents of the Food Hygiene Regulation and is offered in several languages. Duration: approx. 6 hours of e-learning with final test and certificate.

Food hygiene training online

This training is required every 12 months according to Regulation (EC) 852/2004 and ensures that all employees are informed about current hygiene standards. Duration: approx. one hour of e-learning with final test and certificate.

Training Allergens

Learn how to protect customers from allergic reactions and meet the legal requirements of Regulation (EC) 1169/2011. Duration: approx. 25 minutes e-learning with final test and certificate.

Occupational safety training

This training covers the requirements of the Workplace Ordinance and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance and must be completed annually. Duration: approx. 45 minutes e-learning with final test and certificate.
