HACCP training
Our HACCP basic training is just right for you! This interactive online seminar is specially for beginners who want to familiarize themselves with the basics of HACCP systems.
In this training you will receive an introduction to the legal and normative requirements for HACCP. We explain the Basic principles of the HACCP system and how it is used in the Practice You will learn the importance of Preventive programs (PRPs), oPRPs, CPs and CCPs and how you can effectively integrate them into your HACCP system.

All information about HACCP training
HACCP training includes an online course with approx. 5 hours (including breaks). This gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge through workshops and practical examples. You will receive one Presentation for preventive programs and a template for yours HACCP analysis.
The online courses are taught by our experienced moderated by practical trainers on food safety.

Content and topics of the HACCP seminar:
1. Legislation, norms and standards on HACCP:
you get one updates about the existing HACCP legislation. We will show you whether there are any changes or developments in current norms and standards (especially IFS) in relation to HACCP.
2. Theoretical foundations of HACCP:
We discuss the theoretical foundations of HACCP. We deal with the terms risk and danger, CP and CCP, PRP and oPRP, for example.
3. Flexibility according to EU Notice 2022/C355
We will discuss that with you scope the EU notice. You learn which ones content you can use for your HACCP analysis.
4. Practical exercises HACCP
Using examples, you will learn how to create a HACCP analysis. We will discuss the requirements for the documentation and monitoring of HACCP systems.
We work based on the basic principles of the Codex Alimentarius and apply them to concrete examples.

You will receive your certificate for participating in the HACCP training.
