Content and topics of the HACCP seminar:

you get one updates about the existing HACCP legislation. We will show you whether there are any changes or developments in current norms and standards (especially IFS) in relation to HACCP.

We discuss the theoretical foundations of HACCP. We deal with the terms risk and danger, CP and CCP, PRP and oPRP, for example. 

We will discuss that with you scope the EU notice. You learn which ones content you can use for your HACCP analysis.

Using examples, you will learn how to create a HACCP analysis. We will discuss the requirements for the documentation and monitoring of HACCP systems.

We work based on the basic principles of the Codex Alimentarius and apply them to concrete examples.

During the training, we will offer you repeated opportunities to exchange ideas and ask your questions – so that no questions remain unanswered.

You will receive your certificate for participating in the HACCP training.
