„"We particularly appreciated the flexibility, reliable cooperation, and strong practical relevance of the training courses. The integration of our own documents and specific company cases made the training very interactive and directly applicable."“

The challenge

The challenge was to design training courses not as mere knowledge transfer, but as a practical tool for everyday business.

The following points played a particularly important role:

  • Different requirements and issues at multiple locations
  • high standards for quality and practicality
  • Need for direct applicability in everyday business
  • Communicating complex content in an understandable and interactive way
  • Consideration of real business processes and existing documents
  • continuous knowledge deepening and knowledge retention
  • regular review and further development of internal guidelines

Especially in areas such as food defense, HACCP and internal audits, it was important not only to explain theoretical requirements, but also to jointly evaluate concrete situations from practice and develop solutions.

The solution

The project was deliberately interactive and business-oriented built up. The starting point was training in the area of food defence, to create a shared understanding of risks, protective measures, and requirements within the company. Building on this, further training and exchange formats were developed, specifically aimed at deepening and maintaining knowledge and continuously improving existing processes. The focus was not on standard presentations, but rather Real-world case studies and specific questions from the company.

The training sessions were:

  • conducted online
  • individually tailored to the respective specialist areas
  • supplemented with company-specific documents
  • Designed to be interactive, with active exchange and discussions

Particular focus was placed on:

  • Communicating complex requirements in an understandable way
  • actively involving employees
  • jointly assessing real-life situations
  • to jointly reflect on and further develop internal guidelines
  • to create sustainable learning effects
The close coordination allowed content to be flexibly adapted and current issues to be directly integrated.
