Food Safety Culture Training Advanced - for companies that want to effectively develop their culture

How do you make food safety culture or product safety culture measurable? How do you demonstrate effectiveness in an audit? And how do you develop concrete improvements from surveys, goals, and culture plans?

You will find answers to these and other questions in this advanced training course on food safety and product safety culture.

Many companies already have a culture plan, an employee survey, or initial cultural goals. However, this is often insufficient for an audit if effectiveness, management involvement, key performance indicators (KPIs), action tracking, or documentation cannot be reliably demonstrated. In this training, you will learn how to further develop food safety or product safety culture as a structured project – with clear responsibilities, a 12-month roadmap, suitable KPIs, communication formats, and auditable evidence.

background

Why is advanced LMSK training important?

Many companies have implemented initial elements of a food safety or product safety culture. However, audits often reveal weaknesses when a culture plan exists, but... Effectiveness, key performance indicators and improvements cannot be verifiably proven.

Typical gaps arise from general cultural goals, lack of measures resulting from surveys, unclear management involvement, or undocumented participation formats. A speak-up culture cannot be proven solely through guidelines, but must become visible and verifiable in everyday life.

In this training you will learn about food safety or product safety culture as structured, measurable and auditable system to develop further. The goal is to treat cultural work not as an additional project, but to integrate it effectively into Management review, internal audits, training, communication and improvement processes to integrate.

About this training

All information on the Food Safety Culture Advanced Training

The Advanced Food Safety Culture Training lasts approximately 6 hours and takes place live online. It is designed for food companies and packaging manufacturers who have already established initial structures and want to take the next step: from "having a culture plan" to "effectively leading, measuring, and developing the culture." The focus is on typical audit questions: How is the culture plan maintained? How is effectiveness measured? Which key performance indicators (KPIs) are relevant? How is top management involved? What measures have been derived from surveys? And how can a genuine speak-up culture be identified? For packaging manufacturers, this approach can be applied to building and developing a product safety culture – with a focus on responsibility, communication, behavior, evidence, and continuous improvement within the management system.

Clear project roadmap

You will learn how to set up a food safety or product safety culture as a structured project with a goal, scope, responsibilities and milestones.

Effective measures instead of general resolutions

They develop concrete measures with deadlines, responsibilities, test criteria and reference to real risks.

Auditable evidence

You will learn what documentation auditors expect and how to effectively combine culture plans, surveys, management reviews, and internal audits.

Many companies have a culture plan. The crucial question is whether its effectiveness is demonstrably proven, regularly evaluated, and systematically improved.

Feedback from participants

""Thank you very much for your training, which was very valuable, practical and informative. I was able to take away several points for myself and my colleagues that I will integrate promptly. I can't always say that about a training course; therefore, I am very glad to have been there today.""
