With the “Food Hygiene Regulation Training” you will receive a “4 LMHV Training” certificate and fulfill the legal requirements when handling food.
The instruction takes place according to VO (EG) 852/2004 (Annex II, Chapter XII) and § 4 Food Hygiene Ordinance (LMHV).

Why do I need hygiene training?
Legal basis according to § 4 of the Food Hygiene Ordinance (LMHV)
